DEADLINES
You have 30 days from receiving your order to submit a return request. Once the request is approved, you have 7 additional days to ship the product. Any request submitted after 30 days, or any shipment received after 37 days, will not be eligible.

EXCHANGES

REFUNDS
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the product. Return shipping is covered by SPEK for customers in Canada and the United States. $10 restock fee applies.
